Shipping Policies

Postage Days
- Orders are shipped on Monday and Friday or within three business days (whichever occurs latest from date of purchase)

Shipping Costs for TCG Single Cards
- Standard Postage (Untracked): $2.50 [buyer's risk, no compensation or replacement will be provided for item/s not received claims]
- Standard Postage with Tracking: $5.50
- Express Postage (Tracking): $10

Orders containing over 10 cards (i.e. purchasing 3 copies of 1 card counts towards this total) but order total is under $30 must choose a tracked shipping option or your order will be cancelled.

Free standard shipping for orders over $50.

Shipping Costs for Sealed Product (Booster Boxes, Decks, etc.)
- From $11.95 for Standard Postage and $14.95 for Express Postage. Additional tracking options available in checkout. Shipping cost determined by weight of order.

Free standard shipping on orders over $500.

Products sold as a "Case" do not qualify towards the order total and shipping is required to be paid separately.

Case Sealed Products
- Do not qualify for free shipping
- For orders with multiple items, any case sealed product will be shipped separately unless otherwise stated. A minimum of two tracking numbers provided.
- Cases are shipped as is, no additional protection will be used. Compensation and returns will not be accepted unless the items within the case are not as described.

Additional Information
Orders by customers using freight-forwarding addresses will be cancelled.
