1. Overview

Welcome to Envoy Cards (also known as unrivalledmach). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided via https://envoycards.com.au (the "Site"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to place an order on this site. By using this site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of Our Site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You must not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the site or servers connected to the site.

4. Authenticity of Products

Our products are sourced from officially licensed distributors.

5. Product Availability & Pricing

All products and services displayed on the site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to change prices without prior notice.

We strive to display accurate product and pricing information, but errors may occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected orders.

6. Household Order Limits

To ensure fair access for all customers, we may impose limits on the quantity of a particular product that can be purchased per household. These limits are enforced per order, per user, per household, per email address and/or any other shared details. We reserve the right to cancel or reduce orders that violate these limits without prior notice.

These limits are imposed per user and can be removed or adjusted at any time without any prior notice. Users will be provided written notice should a policy be violated.

Repeated violations of this term may result in immediate order cancellation minus payment processing fees. In addition to this, we may cancel all future orders from the person or persons involved and refuse fulfillment of such orders indefinitely. 

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
  • Product unavailability or stock error
  • Breach of household limits
  • Use of freight-forwarding services

If your order is cancelled, we will refund any amounts paid using your original payment method. This will exclude payment processing fees if your order is found to be in breach of currently imposed limits per user.

Users found to be circumventing store limits will have all associated orders cancelled minus payment processing fees.

Orders with different names, addresses, payment methods, etc will be invalid if we discover it is linked to one user. Subsequent users will be blacklisted.

Cancelled orders due to breach of store policy are subject to a 5% fee. Affected products will include this information in the item description.

8. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped. We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other available gateways as listed at checkout.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are provided at checkout and can be seen at our Shipping Policies page. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or items lost in transit if a buyer selects untracked postage.

We will not compensate any requests pertaining to items lost in transit if buyer does not choose a tracked postage method in checkout. 

10. Returns, Refunds & Product Condition

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, not fit for purpose or damaged upon arrival.

We guarantee your product will be factory sealed and received in good working condition. We do not guarantee "mint" sealed product due to the presence of cosmetic defects including but not limited to dents/bumps which is considered a normal variant of the manufacturing process.

In the event of more significant damage such as minor tears to factory seal, this information will be publicly available. However, this is considered a normal variant of production and you may receive a product in this condition unless otherwise stated.

We will not be accepting returns or offering compensation unless there is verifiable proof the contents within such products are not as described.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of Envoy Cards or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Envoy Cards and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
