Shipping Policies

Postage Days
- Orders are shipped on Monday and Friday or within three business days.

Shipping Costs for TCG Single Cards
- Standard Postage (Untracked): $2.50
Buyer's risk - No compensation or replacement will be provided for item/s not received claims.
Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect addresses must choose a tracked shipping method or your order will be cancelled. As per terms of delivery on Australia Post' website.

- Standard Postage with Tracking: $5.50
- Express Postage (Tracking): $10

Orders containing ≥10 cards (i.e. purchasing 3 copies of 1 card counts as 3) but order total is <$30 must choose a tracked shipping option or your order will be cancelled.

Free standard tracked shipping for TCG Singles ≥$50.

Shipping Costs for Sealed Product
- Starting from $11.95 for Standard Postage and $14.95 for Express Postage. Shipping costs determined by weight and/or quantity of items.

- Rates are determined from Australia Post and includes external packaging costs (boxes, satchels, bubble wrap, etc.).

- Excess shipping costs will be refunded if applicable.

- If you purchase only one sealed product, it may be sent in a satchel and not a box.

Free standard shipping on orders ≥$500 including signature on delivery.

Case Sealed Products
- Do not qualify for free shipping unless otherwise stated
- For orders with multiple items, any case sealed product will be shipped separately unless otherwise stated. A minimum of two tracking numbers provided.
- Cases are shipped as is, no additional protection will be used. Compensation and returns will not be accepted unless the items within the case are not as described.

Additional Information
- Customers using freight-forwarding addresses will have their orders cancelled.

- If you purchase only one sealed product, it may be sent in a satchel and is subject to cosmetic damage.
