Store Limits

Store Limits - Limits apply to products with stated item limits in the item description. If your order is cancelled due to exceeding limits, any additional orders of affected items will not be approved.

Limits are indefinite and do not reset. Modifying user details to purchase additional items is considered a deliberate action to circumvent order limits and we will apply a 10% non-refundable cancellation fee to each order.

Please note we do our best to monitor "unauthorised" access. If you are not a previous customer and your first visit to our website lands on a "high demand" product and results in an immediate purchase. This is considered unusual behaviour and may result in indefinite refusal of service.

We have previously released "high demand items under market price" at random times and/or days to gather and verify such data.

Specific Pokémon Set Limits - One Item Only

- Prismatic Evolutions
- Ascended Heroes
- First Partner Series
- 30th Celebration

For each of the listed sets, you are only allowed to purchase one item.

For example, if you have purchased an Ascended Heroes Booster Bundle, you will be ineligible to purchase any additional Ascended Heroes titled product.

We reserve the right to refuse orders including but not limited to the following:

• Billing address inconsistencies
• Legal name not provided in full, initials will be accepted on the basis it can be verified with other available information
• IP address significantly different from shipping address
• Repeated order cancellations due to exceeding item limits
• Non-organic orders
• Unauthorised access
