Store Limits - General Information

Limits apply to any products with stated item limits in the item description. These limits will do not reset unless otherwise stated.

If your order is cancelled (due to exceeding item limits) but also contains items not exceeding item limits. These will be treated as meeting item limits for applicable products and you will be ineligible to purchase those items.

If your order was immediately cancelled. The reasoning is on this page and we will not be supplying additional information. Repeated order cancellations will incur a restocking fee of 20% excluding postage if Envoy Cards determine users are circumventing store limits.

Pokémon Set Limits - Ascended Heroes & Prismatic Evolutions

Ascended Heroes & Prismatic Evolutions sealed product is limited to one item each per person/household/user. 

For example, if you have purchased an Ascended Heroes and/or Prismatic Evolutions product previously, you will be ineligible to purchase these items.

If a user purchases these items in separate orders purposefully, all orders will be cancelled plus a restocking fee of 20% applied to each order as per above rules.
