Pre-Order Policy
Cancelling My Pre-Order:
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. Envoy Cards will not cancel your pre-order due to changing market prices in the customers favour so it will be expected customers would not do the same. If this is an issue, do not place a pre-order.
Orders containing In-Stock and Pre-Order Items: Orders will be shipped when all items are available. Additional shipping costs apply if you wish your items to be shipped separately.
Orders containing multiple Pre-Order items with different release dates will be shipped when the latest pre-order item is available. Additional shipping costs apply if you wish your items to be shipped separately.
