Pre-Order Policy
Cancelling My Pre-Order:
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 5 business days for a full refund. Order cancellations after this time will incur a 20% fee of the item price. This fee remains if you request an order cancellation for a pre-order within 5 business days of its stated release date.
Orders containing In-Stock and Pre-Order Items: Orders will be shipped when all items are available. Additional shipping costs apply if you wish for your items to be shipped separately.
Orders containing multiple Pre-Order items with different release dates: Orders will be shipped when the latest pre-order item is available. Additional shipping costs apply if you wish your items to be shipped separately.
In each of these scenarios, you must contact the seller at envoycards@gmail.com for questions, amendments or requests regarding your pre-order.
