Return Policies
Information Regarding Sealed Product
We do not treat sealed product as investment and/or collectable pieces. If the outer box of the item is damaged and there is no evidence of the contents (i.e. trading cards) being affected, no compensation will be offered and any returns denied unless the following point is satisfied.
You must be able to prove the internal contents were damaged and if so, we will provide compensation for affected items. This requires the person to open the product or products in question.
The purpose of the outer packaging is to prevent the contents (i.e. trading cards) from being damaged.
Returns - General Information
Returns are not accepted and we do not accept exchanges, offers of compensation or trades. However, you are welcome to contact envoycards@gmail.com for further assistance.
In the event a return is approved where the seller (Envoy Cards) is not at fault, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The order refund will exclude applicable shipping costs paid by the buyer at the time of order.
If Envoy Cards is responsible for "Item Not as Described" returns. We will provide the buyer with a pre-paid return shipping label and refund the buyer in full upon receiving the item in its original condition.
Returns for Sealed Product
Due to the nature of such products, we do not accept returns unless the item is not as described.
We guarantee your product will be factory sealed and received with contents as stated. We do not guarantee "mint" sealed product due to the presence of cosmetic defects including but not limited to dents/bumps which is considered a normal variant of the manufacturing process.
In the event of more significant damage such as minor tears to factory seal, this information will be publicly available. However, this is considered a normal variant of production and you may receive a product in this condition unless otherwise stated.
We will not be accepting returns or offering compensation unless there is verifiable proof the contents within such products are not as described.
For us to proceed with any request and/or compensation, there needs to be verifiable evidence the contents within a product is not as described or the product is received in a state that it is deemed unusable.
We understand individuals may purchase these items for a collection, display or similar purpose. However, a return will not be approved for these reasons unless we provide you non-stock images of the item/s and they significantly differ from what is provided.
